Our healthy meals last up to one week, with all of its nutrients intact. All you have to do is refrigerate and heat the meal before you enjoy it.

We deliver your meals by our own service in and around Chicago. Outside of Chicago, we use UPS for delivery.

Frozen gel packs are safely included with the meals, which are packed inside insulated boxes. This will keep your meals fresh, even during transit.

Depending upon your zone, Tuesday or Wednesday could be your delivery day. Unfortunately though, you can’t change your delivery day.

By Wednesday midnight at the latest. In case you fail to update your subscription order you will receive the same meals as the week prior.

Not at this point of time. However, we are working to bring that option for you as soon as we can.

We delivery meals to Illinois, Wisconsin, Missouri, Michigan, Indiana, Minnesota, Tennessee, Iowa and Ohio.

You should pause or cancel your current subscription and select a new subscription package.

Many of our coupons are automatically at check out! We want to make it even more convenient for you! However, if you do have a unique code those can be entered during the checkout process.

Yes we now categorize our meals by diet type and even have subscription meal packages based on diet types. We also list all nutritional info on each sleeve and online

You can cancel your meals by logging in to your account and selecting “pause order” or “cancel order”. You can skip them for as many weeks as you want, and then get back. There are NO cancellation fees.

Our subscription plans always offer free shipping.  Free shipping for a la carte meals requires a $40 minimum purchase and you must enter “SHIPFREE” on the cart page or during checkout.
